Vice Chair

I have been working within health and social care for 44 years. I joined the RN on 23 January 1979 as a JMA2. In 1980 I completed the All-Arms Commando Course and ran with Royal for 10 years before transferring to the RN & RM Welfare Service. On completing full service, I worked as a Local Authority Child Protection Social Worker, a Senior Lecturer at Portsmouth University and am now back in Social Work practice as the only SW working with the homeless of Portsmouth.
My career has always been about supporting people and encouraging them to see the best in themselves.
I hope to bring some of my experience to Agamemnon Housing in exploring the wider social needs of our community of brothers and sisters.
