Not included in the Rent and Service Charges
Council Tax – This is currently Band A for all areas.
Concessionary TV licence – £7.50 per year providing tenant is aged 60 or over and works no more than 15 hours per week. Free if tenant is 75 or over.
Electricity – Individual meters in are in each flat and cost is based on tenant usage.
Heating/Hot water – Included in Service Charge, other than Neptune and Victory Courts where the heating and hot water is an additional charge based on tenant usage via the individual electric meter.
Phone, Broadband & TV Packages – Tenants will require their own packages in their homes, these charges are not included with the service charge.
The rent and service charge is reviewed annually.
