We take your safety about asbestos seriously; we provide clear and accessible information through multiple channels. We ensure tenants understand the location and condition of any asbestos-containing materials and emphasise the importance of not disturbing these materials. Additionally, we offer guidance on what to do if they suspect asbestos exposure. By keeping tenants well-informed, we help maintain a safe living environment and reduce the risk of asbestos-related health issues.

To inform tenants about fire safety within a Court, we provide clear and accessible information through various channels. This includes distributing written notices, posting signs in common areas, and holding regular informational meetings. We ensure tenants are familiar with fire exits, evacuation routes, and the location of the assemble point. Additionally, we conduct meetings to discuss safe evacuation procedures. Tenants are also educated on the importance of maintaining smoke detectors and avoiding fire hazards, such as overloading electrical outlets. By keeping tenants well-informed, we help ensure their safety and preparedness in case of a fire.

To assure tenants that we prioritise their safety and the building’s safety, we distribute detailed safety guidelines and updates via newsletters, emails, and notice boards. Regular safety inspections and maintenance checks are conducted, with results shared transparently. We also hold safety meetings and workshops to educate tenants and colleagues on emergency procedures and safety practices.

By maintaining open communication and demonstrating proactive measures, we reinforce our commitment to tenant and building safety.
